FxPro vs Vantage: for commissions and fees, Vantage tends to be cheaper on its ECN accounts, while FxPro’s pricing sits above the industry average. Vantage is rated 4.5 out of 5 stars for commissions and fees and ranks #20 out of 63 brokers. FxPro is rated 4 out of 5 stars and ranks #33 out of 63. If your priority is the lowest EUR/USD costs, Vantage generally has the edge, especially on its PRO and RAW ECN accounts.
FxPro offers variable or fixed spreads on MT4, and variable spreads on MT5 (no fixed pricing on MT5). Its cTrader account uses commission pricing with an effective EUR/USD cost around 1.27 pips (0.37-pip average spread plus a 0.9-pip commission equivalent). Vantage pricing depends on account type and entity. The Standard STP account lists typical EUR/USD spreads of 1.30 pips (Mar 2023). The RAW ECN account averages 0.15 pips plus a $3 commission per side ($6 round turn), for about 0.75 pips total. The PRO ECN account cuts commission to $2 per side ($4 round turn), though eligibility rules vary and may require wholesale status or at least $10,000 under the Cayman entity. Vantage’s Active Trader rebates pay $2–$8 per lot based on balance and volume, but apply only to the Standard account. Overall, while Vantage isn’t the absolute pricing leader, its RAW and PRO options often undercut FxPro’s headline spreads.
